Naustor Technology offers cost-saving solutions for disinfecting equipment and premises in the fishing industry.

Our ozone systems can produce ozone-saturated seawater or fresh water, which is then used for flushing/spraying onto production equipment and surfaces. Alternatively they can be used to produce ozone gas for disinfecting air and surfaces that come into contact with the gas. Ozone can be used in the container washing system, in tanks and in pipes, without any need for chemicals or hot water. Ozone gas can also be fed into a sealed room in order to disinfect surfaces on production equipment that are not readily accessible. Ozone functions as an effective odour eliminator.

The systems that we supply have oxygen systems integrated into the generators. This produces a high concentration and therefore a better and faster effect. Additional benefits are that the need for harmful chemicals is reduced or eliminated and there is less wear and tear on surfaces.

An ozone system can function automatically and without the need for any special training. The systems are largely maintenance-free, allowing for further cost-savings.

Our products are approved and listed in the Norwegian Food Safety Authority's register of approved disinfection methods for use in the fishing industry.
